Message from the Mayor

It gives me great pleasure to join with Waterfront Magazine in congratulating
Luminato on its signature 10th anniversary.

The City of Toronto has been proud to support the festival over the last ten years.
Luminato has been celebrated as one of the world’s most prominent arts and
culture festival, and it is destined to build on this grand tradition for many years to
come.

The arts are an expression of Toronto’s identity — our versatility, creativity and
skill. They allow us to share collective experiences, bring joy to our
neighbourhoods, and unify our diverse and creative city.

I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate Waterfront Magazine on
its 14th year of providing perspective on issues and events in the community to
the residents in downtown Toronto along the Waterfront.
