I join with Waterfront Magazine in congratulating Luminato on its 10th Anniversary in the city of Toronto. Luminato has become one of the world’s most prominent festivals for Arts & Culture, and I look forward to seeing it build on this tradition in the years to come.

I also want to take this opportunity to congratulate Waterfront Magazine on its 14th year of documenting the growth of a vibrant and culturally rich waterfront community in downtown Toronto.
