For 10 year now, Luminato has given us the opportunity to enjoy colourful artistic experiences. It brings a breath of fresh air and creativity to the City of Toronto and promotes talented artists from Canada and all over the world. Its programming, featuring a blend of dance, music, theatre, literary and visual arts, is a real celebration of our diversity and cultural wealth. That is why our government is proud to support Luminato in its mission.
As Minister of Canadian Heritage, I’m pleased to join Waterfront magazine in congratulating Luminato on its tenth anniversary. I look forward to seeing what its organizers hold for us in the years to come. I also want to congratulate Waterfront magazine on its fourteenth year of infusing downtown Toronto and the waterfront with its own inimitable perspective on life.
