Have you tried the various diets, supplements, exercise programmes and equipment as advertised on TV to lose fat but no luck?
Are you fed up with being overweight and tired?
Are you frustrated with the so-called “experts” that have a one-size fits all approach to health and fitness?
If you answered “YES” to any of these questions then there is still hope for you to improve your health and fitness while losing fat.
In the first part of this three part article, I will discuss the methods that are used to achieve one’s goals.
When accomplishing any goal in your life there are basically three different approaches that one can take:
1.Try to do it on your own
2. Get a friend/family member to help you
3. Find a Mentor that has successfully coached a number of people in this area
I will go through each of these individually and give you my opinion on them.
1. Doing it on your own. If this approach was working then you would not be looking elsewhere for help. I am not saying it’s impossible to lose fat by yourself but it’s more challenging. There’s so much misinformation out there that often-times, only an expert can sort it all out. The time spent trying to figure out what’s right for you can be better spent elsewhere.
